Morgan is a commercial insurance broker with experience across the London and Australian markets.
When the COVID pandemic hit, Morgan set up a holiday rental business in the Cotswolds with a business partner. Running the business gave him a genuine interest in helping other businesses manage risk, and he later moved to London to build on those skills within the insurance industry, joining Howden as a New Business Account Broker. Working across a wide range of businesses to find the right risk management solutions, Morgan found real satisfaction in the role and went on to gain his Tier 1 insurance broking qualification and the UK’s Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII).
After building his experience in the London market, Morgan relocated to Sydney in 2025 for a new challenge. This move has led him to Barrack Broking, where he now focuses on new business development, working with clients to find the cover that best suits their business.
Outside of work, Morgan enjoys getting out on the bike, hitting the slopes on a ski trip when he can, and keeping up with football. Having relocated from London, he’s embraced life in Sydney’s eastern suburbs and everything the city has to offer.
