Caitlin is a Business Development Broker with over a decade of experience across claims, account management and business development within the insurance industry.
Caitlin began her insurance career at Allianz Australia in 2016 as a Senior Motor Claims Consultant, managing complex claims and coaching junior team members, before moving into account management. Over the following years she took on a series of broker-facing roles with Allianz, managing strategic portfolios of broker partners and acting as a trusted advisor and escalation point on complex commercial matters. She went on to become a Business Development Consultant, working closely with broker distribution, underwriting and claims teams to deliver coordinated commercial outcomes and drive growth across Allianz’s broker network.
That experience on the insurer side gave Caitlin a strong foundation in broker relationships and portfolio management, which she now brings to Barrack Broking’s Risk Team as a general insurance broker with a focus on childcare. Having recently relocated from Victoria to Queensland, Caitlin is enjoying settling into a new state while continuing to build strong relationships with brokers and clients alike.
Outside of work, Caitlin keeps busy with her family, including two young kids, and loves getting away camping and travelling with family and friends.
